The Training Science Sports Centre offers users of the facility and training programs the opportunity to reach optimal physical performance and attributes. This is made possible by our team of fitness and medical professionals that is geared to bring you the latest in physical conditioning programs and training concepts.

The Training Science Team works with people from all walks of life. Currently we run conditioning programmes for various sporting codes across all ages. The level of athlete's ranges from school, provincial to national, we also offer team and group format training.

The Training Science Team offers complete fitness consulting, including facillity design and lay-out, equipment supply and manufacturing, powered by the Multi Strength company.

We have a training department that coaches fitness professionals and prospective gym facillity owners on the training equipment that they will be purchasing for their own facillity, in the already operational Multi Strength showroom facillity in Bedfordview. Recent Clients include Karan Beef Heidelberg , Cavelleros Group Bedfordview and Clientele Life Ltd in Sandton jhb. Recent consulting clients include Sport Science Stellenbosch and Sport Science North West University, as well as various smaller facilities including the Hyatt hotel Sandton, Cavelleros property group, the Nicol hotel Bedfordview, Thabazimbi Sports Centre and smaller home private facilities.
